Kipsta Futsal Ball FS 900

We developed this ball for young Futsal players who have mastered all technical skills, and are looking for a durable and accurate match ball.Our design teams created the FS900 58 cm hybrid futsal ball with inside seams for greater durability and comfort during high-intensity play.

Design

By observing the young futsal players from our technical partner Squadra Mouscron (D1 Belgian futsal), our design team created this FS900 58cm hybrid futsal ball.
This ball has a hybrid design that combines the comfort of machine-stitching with the durability of hand-stitching.

Weight

Between 350 and 390 g.

Circumference

Between 57cm and 59cm.

Sphericity

Average measured variation: Maximum of 1.5%.We measure the football’s sphericity at 16 different points and then examine any differences.
When the discrepancy is greater than 1.5% (FIFA Quality PRO Standard), our engineers are tasked with improving the sphericity to ensure consistent rebound.

Maximum pressure loss

15% in 72 hours

Bounce

Between 55 and 65cm with a maximum difference of 10cm between the ball’s highest and lowest bounce. Each ball is dropped 10 times on a steel plate from 2 meters in height.

Precision

Our design team rolls the ball on an inclined surface towards a table. The direction of the trajectory and the variation of the trajectory’s angle are measured: maximum acceptable deviation of 5°.

Shape and pressure retention

The ball resists up to 5000 shots against an inclined flat concrete slab at 50 km / h at a distance of 2.5 m.
Circumference increases by 1 cm max.
1.5% variation in sphericity and maximum 10% change in pressure.
